Mark Arnold
Mark Arnold is a successful organisation development, management training specialist (CMI and ILM qualified at all levels) and qualified executive coach with extensive international expertise. Mark also has considerable programme evaluation experience. He trains and coaches people at all levels in Leadership, Facilitation, Team Building, Sales, Customer Service, Call Centre Skills, Influencing and Negotiation, Strategic and Change Management, Creative Thinking and Problem Solving, Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Interpersonal Skills.
Mark’s international experience includes NGO senior management in Pakistan and Afghanistan, business development in Papua New Guinea, and consultancy in Southern Sudan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Thailand, Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo. He has also worked in USA, France, Germany and South Africa.
With a lively, dynamic training style, Mark works with all cultures, creating an engaging and enjoyable forum in which every participant is fully involved. Also a successful music composer and performer, Mark has also developed a number of innovative programmes which make use of music and drama to create a fun, energetic and successful learning environment.Mark is an accredited Belbin practitioner and licensed to use MBTI and FIRO-B.
Rob Hamblin
A professionally qualified and experienced HR specialist with extensive knowledge and skills in management and organisational development, Rob has over 20 years experience in managing human resource projects in large commercial and public sector organisations, both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Rob provides an HRD consultancy service to directors and senior executives across a range of UK and international companies, working on areas of change and development need that relate to the achievement of the organisation’s strategic goals. He enables the design, development and implementation of HR strategies to support corporate objectives and manages teams of specialists delivering organisational development, leadership and culture change initiatives. He is a qualified executive coach and mentor.
Jon Bennett
Jon has 30 years experience in international development work in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, including long-term postings and short-term consultancies.
He has been a Team Leader on assignments in Africa and Asia on programmes since 1995. Before that he was a Country Representative several times and gained a great deal of international experience in NGO coordination and NGO-UN relations.
He has many years of in-depth experience in senior programme management, relief and rehabilitation planning, evaluation/appraisal, food aid and food security, strategic planning, NGO coordination, policy development and internal displacement/refugees. He is also an accomplished writer of books and articles and has made TV films on development issues.
Liz Goold
20 years experience in organisation development, learning and change, primarily in the international development sector. She has worked with a range of organisations as a consultant, facilitator and community development worker, including community-based organisations/churches, international networks, NGO support organisations, international and national NGOs and official aid agencies – in Africa, Asia and Europe.
John Rowley
Over 25 years’ development experience with a wide range of agencies in UK and Africa. He has extensive experience in designing and facilitation of training workshops. He is experienced in planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and evaluating projects.
Isobel McConnan
Facilitator, coach and community mediator with over 20 years experience in the NGO sector, in the UK and internationally. At the heart of her work is a commitment to supporting people’s thinking, learning and development to bring about positive individual and collective change. She seeks to work in a client-centred, participative way that fosters mutual respect, trust and compassion; transparency and communication; appreciation and empowerment.

He has extensive practical and senior level experience in advocacy, campaigning, communications and management with a wide range of organisations. As a trainer he is in great demand, delivering high impact training programmes around the world to local, national and international development and human rights organisations.
